Arbitration Experience

George Reid has actively served as an arbitrator for more than twenty-five years. He has served individually, and as a panel member, on both large and small cases primarily involving construction issues. These cases have presented a wide variety of claims including claims for defective design, deficient work, delays, change orders, breach of warranty, non-payment, and wrongful termination. These disputes have encompassed virtually every type of construction project.
